The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service have pulled together an excellent pool of resources onto one website. Whilst CAMHS deal with children and adolescents, many of the resources on this site are useful for mindfulness, relaxation and mood and can be used by adults too.

This is a local NHS psychology service covering the Southside of Glasgow. They offer online materials, virtual counselling, and as the pandemic eases will offer face-to-face counselling again.

Lifelink

Lifelink is another organisation which normally offers face-to-face counselling. In the light of the pandemic they are offering a range of online self-help materials and some remote telephone and video (Zoom) counselling.

Silver Cloud

This is an online wellbeing platform providing mental health programmes and support for people in Scotland. It is free to access for everyone. The online programme includes modules for stress, resilience, and sleep.

Breathing Space

Breathing Space is a free and confidential phone service for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16 feeling low, depressed or anxious.

Telephone: 0800 83 85 87 (18:00 to 02:00, weekdays and 24 hours at the weekend). Calls are free from landlines and mobiles.
